14.2 Recap
We held our workout for the second week of the 2014 CrossFit Games today down at the box. Another awesome turnout and the gym was buzzing today.
14.2 was definitely tougher than it may have looked … and it looked pretty darn tough! Great job by all who gave it a go and thanks to everyone who came out for the fun.
14.2 – OHS-C2B AMRAP Ladder

10 Overhead Squats 95 lb./65 lb.
10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
3:00 – 6:00
2x
12 Overhead Squats 95 lb./65 lb.
12 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
And so on, adding two reps to the rep count for each 3 minute segment you move onto.
When you start, you have 3 minutes to complete 2 rounds of 10 OHSs and 10 C2Bs. If you do so in under 3 minutes, you may rest until the 3:00 mark, at which time you go again, but add 2 reps to your rounds. If you can complete 2 rounds of 12 OHSs and 12 C2Bs before the 6:00 minute mark, you can rest and move onto the next segment. Woo hoo?
