Hey all,
The forum is up and operational. Categories are similar to the main site and/or CF endurance. This will be a place to post everything from foods and supplements that work to injuries and/or prevention as well as local resources and body workers. I will get all the recipes moved over from the blog post.
Speaking of body workers…I had a pretty amazing session with Kaadi last night. She does deep tissue work…breaking up the scar tissue and such. She is really intuitive and respectful but still gets right into the problem areas and does some pretty intense work. I’ll put her contact info on the forum.
What do you do on your rest day? Are you active? Do you miss your group workout? Do you play new sports? Are you getting better? Does it depend on the day?
We are in the secret underground lair planning new and fun activities for our new adventures. In late August, some of us will be travelling to Copper Mountain for the Warrior Dash. It looks like fun…you know what we mean by fun. Anyway, it’s short, and could provide some entertainment at a point in the summer where a day of playful fun could be necessary.
If you think so, sign up and we can go as a group.
Running class is tonight at 5:30. Everyone has improving form and it has been fun to watch so far. We’ll see you there.
Rumor has it that a special workout is on the agenda today after the running workout. Read that, “are you crazy?”
Running class is going great. The ladies below are demonstrating one of the form drills we are practicing…The Charlie’s Angels drill.
In order to run properly, you must be able to strike a pose while staring at the camera. The ability to do so is directly related to how well you run. I think the ladies shown below have perfect form.
Today’s workout is a bit less exciting than the drill demonstrated above, but no less important.
Deadlift, 5, 5, 5
Benchpress, 5, 5, 5
