A bit of Reflection

We have had a super fun week here in the greatest place in the universe. School begins soon, and us parents will have our schedules change again as the kids go back to school. We begin to focus on our next season in the mountains, prepare for new jobs, or consider what we want to do in the next year.

Our class schedule will be changing as we have evening classes in our heads so we can change up our normal workout schedule, or spread the word to those friends who would come to CrossFit “if you only had evening classes.”

You will notice our programming will be evolving as we finish up our 10 week deadlift program and see how much we can lift.

So, take a few minutes to reflect on progress you made this year, or this summer and consider what happened. If you had a goal, did you act on it, or did you just set a goal and not take any action? If you didn’t, why not. And if you’re disappointed, you can change it now.
