A few dates and notes

We have a recap below of a few important dates in the next few weeks.

First, tomorrow, Sunday, August 1, 2010.  We will have a brief meeting at 9 am at the gym to go over the details of our newest nutrition challenge.  Are you in?  Show up and make a few changes that can help you make the changes in your fitness and possibly appearance, you may seek.  See you there.

Second, Tuesday, August 17, 2010.  Senior RKC instructor Will Williams will be at the gym beginning at 1 pm for a group training session and is also available for one on one training sessions.  Will is in the area for a certification at CrossFit Durango as well as some training sessions in Silverton at the Silverton Movement Center with Maryanne.  If you are interested, please see Alan and sign up for the group session or the individual times.

Finally, Saturday September 18, 2010.  John Brown is organizing the Uncompaghre  Mesa Team Fitness Challenge.  The race is a 3.5 mile run completed in four person teams with  Crossfit style challenges and mental challenges along the course.  Gather your team and we’ll all head out for some  fun.  Anybody can do this.  Will you?

See you Sunday at the gym.  The regular workout will occur at the Park at 10 am, immediately following our meeting.
