A few lifts
Lifting with good form is great for our posture and posture in athletics and general human movement is essential to good performance and an injury free lifestyle. Sure we get hurt from time to time, but so do people when they roll out of bed, walk down the front steps, and get in and out of a car. We choose fitness and strength to combat general societal weakness.
After yesterdays aerobic regime, today we move to tone up our heavier movements.
