A New Class

Beginning Tuesday night, September 17 at 5:45 we will begin our On Ramp class for new peeps.

What’s an On Ramp class? We’re glad you asked. It’s a class where we have only new members who learn the movements and get to workout together for the next two weeks without seeing the rest of us do complicated exercises and question their sanity. They get to question their sanity as a group of new folks before seeing the rest of us.

And then, beginning October 1, Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 5:45 and 6:30, we will have a regular class that anyone is welcome to attend. These evening classes will be a bit shorter than our morning classes and will focus primarily on our CrossFit conditioning workouts and less on the strength workouts we get in the mornings.

If you know anyone who has been interested in starting but may have been unsure of all of the traditional barbell strength work and Olympic weightlifting, send them in to give this new class a whirl. It’s going to be fun, fun, fun…and a little less intimidating to some of the new people who may have been nervous to workout next to some our longtime members.
