A Snatching We Will Go …

Aw yeah … a little snatching love for today’s WOD. Nothing like ending the week with the toughest freaking lift of them all.

Work:
1 RM Power Snatch

MetCon:
4 minute max Double Unders
4 minutes max Push Ups

Tabata style!

But, didn’t we just do that the other day? You’re right. We did … but not Tabata style (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off). What’s amazing is that your numbers will be almost identical to when you did it straight through. Pretty interesting what those 10 seconds of rest bring.

Great job this week by all. We saw lots of PRs and even those who might have missed a PR were kicking ass with stronger form and overall work.
