A summer friend

Some of you may remember Chris, he visited this summer and enjoyed the break from the Arizona heat and our great views and hospitality. At the time, he was fighting with double unders and getting enough rest.

And speaking of days off, did you get a day off or did you enjoy the same workout Craig did…AMSAP of snow in 20 minutes. I understand more is on the way…are you ready?

    Wish I’d read this before today’s workout, might not have wasted so much energy hating myself for 2.5 years and still can’t get double unders.

    Rest? Thanks for that reminder. I defintely take one full rest day per week. I know I still need more. Doing the group WODs forces me to be at my peak more often, which necessitates more frequent rest.
