Now, that…was super fun. If you didn’t think so, it’s probably because you don’t have double unders. We have been working on our double unders this month during our warm up and now is your chance to shine. If you still don’t have them, don’t short cut the drills we are giving you during the warm up, use the drills as time to practice and correct your mistakes in order that you can Kick your Own Ass at double unders.

If you’re not getting better, you’re getting worse. That’s not entirely true, but you get the idea…Better Every Day.
