A week of PR’s begins today

A bit of testing this week.  A different intensity for us all.  All of the strength work we have been doing recently will be on display for a few days as we get ready for our next phase of training, so…..go hard

One rep max low bar back squat
Then:
Three rounds for time:
5 muscle ups, or 15 pull ups and 15 ring dips
10 Thrusters 45/65

Get it and go. Start thinking about your goals and what you want to accomplish over the next three, six and twelve months. Together, we can do great things.
