Warm up: three times
10 push ups
10 sit ups
100 jump ropes
50 double unders

Mobility:

Hip flexor
PVC pass throughs

After your new one rep max…

150 push ups for time.

New classes start next week. Let us know which ones you will be attending.

Saturday at 9 am, we will be performing the 31 Hero’s WOD to help raise funds for the families of the soldiers who were killed when their helicopter was shot down in Afghanistan. Donate even if you can’t attend…But you should come support your teammates. Bring it. Sign up here.
