Ashley and the Wanna-Bes

A few of us braved the gorgeous morning and gathered to do a little post-turkey day movement. Lord knows I needed it!

It was a lively, fun and smack-talk filled morning and we decided to dub our newly inspired workout ‘Ashley’. She’s basically a wanna-be Annie and, as Kim or Chris can tell you, I love me some Annie.

It’s one of those workouts that’s perfect for when you want (and need) to move fast but you don’t have as much in you as normal days. Plus, it’s got a quick recovery time, too!
