Todays workout was 30 Clean and Jerks for time.

After school extra credit was Tabada Climbing

We did laps on a route for speed with minimal rest.  It took about 2 mins to climb the route, and then we had about a two minute rest before climbing again.   As we got more tired, we got to know the route better and how to do it faster.  Our times kept getting faster.  Even after 5-7 laps.
