Thanks to Mel and TOL for lightening the mood and making those last few rounds amusing…..and somewhat….bearable.
Oh – and I think that The Temple’s new pushup style should be called “The Temple Slap”.

sheeeeshhhh. So, the look on faces – when I saw the board, I just about walked out…. I cannot believe I was able to do the whole thing – yes, I used a rubber band for the pullups…. I look forward to a day when I can do them without – but I NEVER WOULD HAVE BELIEVED I COULD DO ANY WORKOUTS LIKE THIS 2 YRS AGO…. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE BEEN ABLE TO DO ANYTHING LIKE THIS….. YAAAAYYYYYY. FEELS SO DAMN GOOD!
