    Oh my, thank goodness you posted some new workouts. I have been doing 100 pull ups/push ups for time every day since the 15th… right. Miss ya’ll so much I’m heading further east tomorrow ~ Chicago! Keep your eyes peeled. You never know when the infamously overdressed bandit may make an appearance…
