Fast and furious!  Today is when the next CrossFit Games Open workout is announced.  We will have a similar schedule from the first week and do the workout Saturday morning at 9am at the gym.  It’s going to be great fun for everyone.  Even if you don’t want to do the workout, come and cheer everyone on who is either competing in the Games or just doing the workout to see what it’s like to work out in a competition environment.  Or come out and help judge the competition.  It’s going to be another great workout!
