We had a little security issue on the site this week but thanks to the nimble fingers of our webmaster, Jason, we are back in action.

20 Minute AMRAP
Run 400 meters
3x of Cindy – 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Squats

Once there is only 3 minutes (or less) remaining on the clock, do not run. Just Cindy. Yes, she’s a verb.

Lifty
50 HBBS @ 50% of 1RM (as few sets as possible)
30 Ring Dips
You may mix Dips and HBBS’s as necessary/desired.

Double Unders
Sit Ups
