Joanie passed the first test. PR of clean and jerk, 130 pounds. Great job Joanie. Crush ’em!
The 1.4K run. Joanie is moving up!
The final event of the day has a 15 minute time cut off and reports are that many may not make the cut. But…not our Joanie. 13:11 for three rounds of row 500, 12 OHS at 75 pounds, 50 double unders.

Joanie won her heat, 14:56! Snatch, jumps, slams, and pull ups. SWEET! Way to go Queen. Rumor is that she smiled…a lot!
