Congrats to Craig!

We have always known he was certifiable, but now he is certified. A certified CrossFit Trainer. Thanks for all of your hard work, Craig.

You will be seeing Craig teaching a class or two each week.

We would also like to express our gratitude to Craig, Parker, and Aimee for helping with our classes while Faith was on a European adventure. We couldn’t have done it without you guys. Thanks for being on our team.

And we can’t forget Brian on Monday mornings. Our team gets stronger every week.

    Thanks, guys! I learned a ton over the past few months but one thing I learned last weekend at the L1 training is that Hypoxia Gym is effing awesome … seriously. We have an incredible group of coaches (well, the OTHER coaches are awesome :) ) and athletes.
