What an awesome morning! Thanks to all who came down to participate or just cheer on/help judge. It truly makes it fun … um, fun in that sick twisted way of course.

*This is actually a repeat of 11.1 from the 2011 CrossFit Open.
If you missed it, you can come down next Sunday at 9 when we all tackle 14.2, which will be announced this Thursday night around 6 PM. Already looking forward to it … well, once I can raise my arms high enough to wash my hair again!
