Oh, baby! It’s here! I freaking love the CrossFit Open. It’s like Christmas in March with slightly less consumerism (just slightly) and more exercising. Woo hoo!
It was an amazing morning down at the box; lots of noise, energy and fun.

This was not a workout to be trifled with. It’s deceptively horrible. And by deceptive, I mean, it sucks ass both looking at it on the board and doing it. But, it’s a CrossFit ass-suck so that’s okay with us!

As a matter of fact, Peter, it is! And it’s one of my faves, too. Picked it up when I was there last Nov for the Powerlifting Cert. Awesome box!
