The day after 14.2 or not? Not.

We wanted to make sure that everyone got a chance to experience this little doozy.

And so on … adding two reps per 3 minute segment, assuming you completed the required 2 rounds in the 3 minute segment.

There was even more flying around the bars today ... but few of us look this awesome doing it.
