Deadlift

Yes, deadlift. It’s week five of our 11 week Ed Coan deadlifting program and I know we are already seeing results. The weights moved back up again this week and there is more work ahead in order that we can all have strong mid-lines and the ability to pick up heavy stuff gets even better.

It’s definitely strength season around here, so sack up and be ready for more heavy stuff. It never hurts to be stronger. Never was it said, “I wish I was weaker than I am now.” Pffft.
