Do you smell a food challenge?

If you don’t, you should because one is on its’ way. It’s time to make the decision to either do it, or not.

And this one is going to be geared toward weight loss. If you don’t need to lose some fat then this challenge is not for you. If you want to lose a few pounds of fat, then get ready, have a talk with yourself, and sign up.

Anyone can do this program, but not everyone will. The choice is up to you, and only you.

If you are on the program your workouts will be different as well, so be ready to be all in for the food program, and know that your workout intensity is going to be less than our regularly scheduled programming.

There will be an additional cost for this program as it includes a meal program, personal coaching, and more attention to the program.

“But I don’t have the time to do this,” or “I have a trip planned in the middle of the program.” I did this program through two separate five day trips. You have no good excuses.

YOU WILL EITHER DECIDE THIS IS IMPORTANT OR NOT. YOU WILL DO THE PROGRAM OR YOU WILL NOT AND WE DON’T WANT TO HEAR YOUR EXCUSE AS TO WHY YOU CAN’T DO THE PROGRAM AT THIS TIME.” THERE IS NEVER A GOOD TIME TO DO THIS SO NOW IS AS GOOD A TIME AS ANY.
