End of Food Challenge. How’d It Go?

Wow! Hard to believe it has already been four weeks since we started our Fall Paleo Food Challenge.

How did you do? Did you feel better/stronger/faster/lighter/awesomer? I sure hope so! I know that I feel much stronger and more energetic after 4 weeks of (mostly) good, Paleo eating.

Enjoy Thanksgiving week and savor all that delicious food. We’ll be doing another food challenge to start 2013 … so we can purge and clean our bodies for what we (well, most of us) are going to do to our bodies between now and New Year’s.

As for me, I’m off to Mouse’s to get more Paleo Turtle Sundaes and Uber-Paleo Milk Rocky Road (I’ll bet you didn’t know that marshmallow is Paleo … see, it pays to be a coach :).
