February challenge

Everyone gets to participate in this one, and it emphasizes your nutrition and fitness. You have the ability to earn three points each day based on your lifestyle. 

Point one. Your first point of the day can be earned by doing a workout at the gym. Not your home, not another gym, not somewhere else. Get your ass to the gym and earn a point. 

Point two. Get outside and play and earn a point. We don’t care what it is as long as it is a sport. Snow shoveling, while great exercise, is not a sport. 

Point three. Earn a point by eating a vegetable at two of your three meals each day. Simple!!!  

Dumb questions or asking questions that are intended to earn a point by being sneaky will cost you a point and earn you 10 burpees for trying to be clever.
