Forever Fran

If you’re unfortunate enough to be strong and fast enough to do Fran in under 4 minutes, this WOD could go on and on and on and on and on … and there’s nothing “fun” about Fran. That bitch is evil!

Still, many of us braved the good weather and potential for sleeping in to get together and have a little fun, CrossFit Fran style, with the final WOD of the 2013 CrossFit Games Open.

On to 13.5
4 minute AMRAP
15 Thrusters 100 lb./65 lb.
15 Chest to Bar

If you completed 90 reps (3 rounds) in 4 minutes or less, another 4 minutes will be added to your time. If you complete another 90 reps or more (so that your total is 180 or more) before 8 minutes is up, you add another 4 minutes onto the AMRAP. This continues on for every 90 reps done in 4 minutes.

A big congratulations to all who participated in the Open! Lots of awesome work done by all. Make sure you recorded your time and scores because a few of these WODs may show up again on the whiteboard in 5-7 months.

    Low light and iPhone cameras don’t stop me! Hoping the boys figure out Instagram and/or camera+, etc. 🙂
