Sorry … we missed our post yesterday. I was too busy pumping Rae Sustana with sugar and pop tarts to WOD. A substitute parent has to do what a substitute parent has to do!

20 Russian Kettle Bell Swings 2 pood/1.5 pood
30 Sit Ups

Rest 1 minute between each round
