Front Double Snatches

What’s a Front Double Snatch you ask? Hell if I know, I’m just making crap up for the post.

Here’s a little lung burner to start your week off right:

Warm Up:
3x
15 Toes to Bar
25 Sit Ups

Mobility:
Sit in squat 1 minute
Sit in squat and press knees out, etc.

Max Effort:
Front Squat
10x 2
Rest 60 seconds between sets and lift +-80% of your 1RM

MetCon(s):
3 minutes
Max Burpees
Rest 2 minutes
5 Minute AMRAP
30 Double Unders
15 Power Snatches 75 lb./55 lb.
