Fun Season…

…is upon us. So whether it’s run around the mountain season or work because it’s summer season, we are helping you make it your best season of the year by helping you be your fittest. Work hard here so when you are “out there,” you are at your “out there best.”

After all, we get to live here! People every where else are so jealous.

We are continuing our focus on the power clean this month for the athleticism of the movement. Powerful hips, a strong core (not from sit ups), and great posture are how we want to be better at everything we do in here and “out there.”
