Whoo Hoo!  The CrossFit Games WOD for week 2 has been announced.

15 min AMRAP

9 Deadlifts 100#/155#

12 Pushups

15 Box jumps 20″/24″

We will be doing the workout on Saturday at 9:00.  Come join in the fun of working out in a competition atmosphere, or just come to cheer on others.  If you are unable to make it at that time, please let us know so we can figure out a time when you can get it done.

We will not be having a Sunday workout this week, since we are doing the open workout on Saturday.  See you Saturday for fun, positive energy,  hard work and excitement!
