Squatting. Yep, squatting.

It makes us better in almost every way. So, don’t slack off on squat days, especially as this is our sixth week in this current cycle of squatting…and benching. Get after it hard.

Then:
Three rounds
20 wall ball
20 pull ups

Although it’s a short week at the gym, it doesn’t mean its an easy week. Push hard and see the results.
