Good Old Deadlifts

Man, do I ever love me some deadlifts. And today did not disappoint. We worked to a 1RM on our DLs this morning. Make sure you get a number (doesn’t matter what it is) from today because in 10 weeks, we’re going to go again and see those numbers shoot up!

Work:
1RM Deadlift

MetCon:
EMOM (every minute on the minute)
3 Burpees
75 Pull Ups

Each minute, on the minute, you do 3 burpees and then move immediately to pull ups. You proceed to do as many pull ups as you can in the remaining seconds of that minute. When the next minute hits, stop pull ups and go do 3 burpees. Once you hit 75 pull ups, you’re done.

Powerlifting:

Front Squats
Barbell Rows

10 GHD Sit Ups
30-second Plank Hold
10 Floor Presses
3 Stone to Shoulders
