I am Thankful that I didn’t have to do Overhead Squats today…oh yea and for pecan pie 🙂
I am thankful that God saved my life in 2001 after basically drowning while scuba diving (“cold immersion induced pulmonary edema” http://www.diversalertnetwork.org/medical/articles/article.asp?articleid=82 ). I am thankful that He woke me up from my depression and that He brought La Vonne into my life. She is really the most important person in my life, EVER! And I am super thankful for Alan and Faith coming here and for Tammi Shea bugging them to start the Cross Fit. I am thankful for the Cross Fit ideas and for all the wonderful crazy rest of you who show up to encourage and entertain me. Thanks. Paul
