Hooray for More Squats!

Okay, maybe not hooray but, you know, woo hoo :)!

Since today was my first day back since leaving for Wildland fire training, I finally had a chance to see all the squat results and, man, I am SO impressed with everyone. We rock! Great job!

That MetCon was fast but definitely harder than it looks after the squatting.
