Warm up: row 1,000 m, 200 single jump rope, 10 pull ups, 10 squats, 40 knee jumps.

Mobility: rollie ball on the shoulders, bands on the shoulders

Find your one rep max weighted pull up

Then:
Double unders, max number in two minutes
30 ring push ups
Learn to use the reverse hyper
Try the bandbell bar with kettlebells. If you have some nagging shoulder issues, the bandbell bar should become one of your best friends.
