Joshata, duh. It’s when you do a tabata just like my boy Josh does!

Sit Ups
*We had a few folks that had trouble with their shoulders and, in particular, push ups. So, they subbed out Wall Balls instead. I watched them do it. It looked WAY worse than push ups to me!
But what makes it a Joshata?
Simple, alternate between push ups and sit ups instead of doing all your rounds of push ups followed by all your rounds of sit ups. Much funner this way … well, it was funner for me, Jenny, Taylor and Nancy anyway ;).

Ties to Bar are really hard. You have to get on the GHD machine, wrap a band around your neck and then attach it to the Reverse Hyper machine while doing inverted, upside down back bends.
Well, it was that or a typo and you’re supposed to do Toes to Bar but what the hell do I know?!?
