Just the Basics, maa’m

That’s right. The basics of bodyweight movement. Running, pulling, pushing, and squatting. Not too much running, mind you, less you think we actually like it.

Four rounds for time:
Run 400
20 pull ups
40 push ups
60 squats

On the board and beginning the run, this workout doesn’t seem so bad, which means its perfectly diabolical in nature. One of our modalities includes working in our aerobic energy system and this fits the bill perfectly and it took between 30 and 40 minutes for most to get this done.

Get outside, it looks like summer is finally here. From wet and high’s in the 70″s to sunny and dry with highs near 90, the mountain weather as brought warmth to us.
