A Lil’ Friday Fun

Announcement!
Next Friday, August 8, we will have an active mobility day. I am headed off to Boulder today for a workshop with Kelly Starrett of mobilitywod.com fame. On the 8th, I’ll do my best to teach you all a few things I learn this weekend.

Lots of fun down at the old box this morning … and special thanks to Cecilia, who was the only one brave enough to come to 6 AM :). We did a little suffering together. Great energy and lots of fun at the 8:15 class, too!

7 Burpee Lateral Bar Jumps
6 Front-rack Lunge Steps @ 25-30% of 1RM Front Squat
5 Push Presses (same weight as the lunge steps)
