More Benching this week, amongst the other stuff we’re doing. Enjoy the strength you’re gaining. Everyone is super focused on better form, which leads to strength gains.

Warm up
5 push ups
8 push ups
10 push ups
Start benching, up to 60%

Mobility
Pain ball on shoulders to prep for the upcoming bench session

Then:
Benchpress 6×5 @ 80%

Then:
8 Burpee box jumps
3 muscle up, or 9 pull ups/9 ring dips
Rest 1:1
Five rounds for time
