After a pretty good run of work, we took a day to focus on mobility. But not just any mobility. It was a workin’ mobility.
Do the work/movement and then the stretches. No need to bust a move through the movements (but don’t linger too much either). It’s really about getting warm and then really getting into those muscles when we do the mobility work.

PVC work

50 Sit Ups
GHD Hang
Pull Up Bar Hang
Foam Roll Back

50 Squats
PNF Hamstring
Hip Flexor on Wall
Stupid Kasana (a.k.a. sit back on feet)

200 Jump Ropes
Calves on Wall
Forward Bend
