Here it is, a fun week prior to the first of two Wednesday holidays. We should lift.

Warm up
Row 500
10 push ups
10 pull ups
10 leg levers

Work up to about 80% of your one rep max press and then:
30 x 1. These are only singles. Our goal is to get the movement correct for moving heavy weight in order that our form is not the reason we fail at the top of our strength.

Then:
Three rounds for time
3 muscle ups or 8 C2B pull ups if you don’t have muscle ups
5 burpee box jumps

Strength
HBBS
1×10 at 60%
1×8 at 65%
1×8 at 70%
1×8 at 75%

Front squat
1×5 at 60%
1×5 at 70%
2×5 at 75%
