More Double Unders
Skill practice:
Russian Kettlebell Swings
Workout, from the Canadian regional competition:
50 double unders, 10 burpees:
40 double unders, 10 burpees: 30/10, 20/10, 10/10.
Then for extra credit, max reps overhead squats at 95/65.
As some of you have noticed, this months skill practice (for everyone, you don’t have a choice) is double unders. For those needing more fun than just double unders, the additional challenge is 15 bodyweight overhead squats. Fun will be had by all. And by fun I mean….well, you know what I mean.
And below you will see the before picture. Note the enthusiasm on everyone’s face, especially Peter. To follow…the after picture. He, He, He.
Wow! Who’s your daddy!? That was exciting today – getting spanked by Alan…. But, Alan, if you spank me, you might notice that I will do WORSE to get more spanking! It began to look as if everyone was lining up to get spanked…. Wait til that hits the papers.
Just get a job as a fireman already!!
