More Gymnastic Fun

From the main site this week, this workout was originally scheduled in a slightly different form.  However, since we are constantly varied, at high intensity, we are doing the main site workout.

Mobility: shoulder on the bands, roll  your hammies.

12 muscle ups, 75 squats.

Big fun this week.  Plenty of skiing, snowboarding, climbing, working out, and SOMEONE had a birthday.  Get some!
