More Holiday Schedule Information

It’s posted on our announcement board at the gym, but we better place it here too.  For the next week, Monday, December 27 through Sunday, January 2:

Monday 6, 8:15, 5:30

Tuesday 8:15 (with special guest coaches, so don’t miss it) and 5:30

Wednesday off

Thursday 6, 8:15, 5:30

Friday 9 am only

Saturday off

Sunday off

Don’t miss Tuesday, it’s going to be quite entertaining.

A few other announcements as well.

If you missed the CrossFit Total and your new one rep max squat, deadlift, and press, we will have ONE make up day and will advise of that date this week.  Make arrangements to get here if you weren’t able to post numbers last week.

How’s your food intake?  Pretty Crappy?  We will have a nutrition challenge just after the first of the year in order to help get back on track for our new fitness and wellness goals for 2011…that’s right, 2011.  Between now and then, start making modest changes with your sugar and low quality foods in order that the nutrition challenge will be a bit of an easier transition for you.

And a few more dates to watch for.

January 6-9, 2011 is the Ouray Ice Park Ice Festival.  The Ice Park is still looking for a few volunteers for the event, so if you have some time, pitch in and lend a hand as we all benefit from having visitors to our happy little area.
