Most excellent effort today, folks. And who doesn’t love burpees and rowing?  Almost everyone, but that’s beside the point. 

Three minutes of burpees, rest three minutes. 

Two minutes of burpees, rest two minutes. 

One minute of burpees. 

Each cycle increase your per minute average of burpees. That makes it that much more fun. 

Then after a short rest, row 500 meters for time. 

And this evening marks the completion of our three week Training Camp, and it’s none too soon for most of us who are a bit beaten down physically and mentally. 

Push Press, finishes with 5×5 @ 85%. 

And now, a bit of recovery for us all.
