…Training Camp Season.

Ain’t no mud season season here yo!

Are you ready for summer fun season in the mountains? Or bikini season? Or whatever season comes next for you here in our little corner of paradise? To help you, and us, we are doing a Training Camp during April that includes additional focused workouts and a nutrition component.

How long? Three weeks, beginning Thursday, April 9, and ending Wednesday, April 29, 2015. If you are already part of the Wednesday morning weightlifting squad, even better for you to have a skill session in the middle of the week. If you aren’t, join the weightlifting fun for $30 for the month.

How much? $30 in addition to your regular monthly fees.

How many classes? In addition to the regular weekly classes you attend, we will have Tuesday and Thursday classes at 6pm lasting 45 minutes, and Sunday morning before our 9am fun, we will meet at 8:30 for extra fun and suffering. This is 9 additional workouts during training camp.

Why a training camp? First, because it’s mud season and you aren’t doing anything better. Second, because we can. Third and most importantly, because it’s hard and we want to get better.

As with most things we do here, everyone can do this, but not everyone will.  Will you?
