New Awesomeness

A big shout out to John L for his help this week in improving our gym space. John built us a new barbell holder that will enable us to remove our current racks from the back wall, creating more space for wall balls and handstand push ups.

Oh, wait. Maybe we should all punch John for creating this extra space!

It’s the awesome members of our community, like John and all of you, that help keep Hypoxia humming along and getting better and better all the time. Thank you, all, for everything you do to help and make our little corner of the CrossFit world so awesome.

And, if you happend to catch John in the next few days, please be sure to thank him … or punch him for making it easier for us to program wall balls, HSPUs and the like. Totally up to you :).

P.S. Feel free to thank me, too. I worked my ass off. First, I had to watch John install it. Then I had to carefully remove the 35# and 45# signs and place them by the new barbell rack. I’m pretty tired but PR’d my sign moving!
