Nutrition Challenge Check In

We’re a long way in and I have heard less comments about low energy levels, so it seems we are adapting to the differences in our diets.

Stick with it for another week and then we can see how it’s gone for our weight loss group as we test the scale. It should be getting easier now that we have had many days to help our new habits form around our timing of our meals and the quantity and quality of our meals.

Don’t forget to get plenty of rest and drink an appropriate amount of water as well.
