…SQUAT.

Yep, you are better looking, more prosperous, and have a better squat if you were at class today. Back to basics days are always good for the soul. It gives us some humility toward the movements and how good we are at moving. Or it kicks us in the nuts and lets us know we can always be better.

A bit of squatting and attention to all of the squat details helps the day and the week begin with a bang.

After some Squat training:
AMRAP 10 minutes:
15 squats
10 sit ups
5 American KB swings

And for extra credit:
Press
3-3-3-3-3

Do something fun outside the gym tomorrow on your rest day. The rest of the week is better when you have fun on Wednesday.
